Sweat, blood, tears, and fun have been had at the work sites so far this week and the students are working diligently to complete their homes by Friday. As heat transcends during the afternoon hours students are hammering, placing shingles on a hot, black top roof, using levels to make sure wheel chair ramps will be stable and sturdy, or painting the siding on houses that are in need of a face lift. All this to increase the pride within the Brunswick community. Many people are in awe of the work that goes into making World Changers a possibility. Students from middle to high school paying to work in these hot and immeasurable conditions. It baffles them, and me as well. Whoever said teenagers were selfish and lazy obviously hasn’t met a World Changer.
This week in Brunswick the lovely, and inspiring Scott Carpenter will be bringing the message, encouraging our students to be Set Apart from the world, to be holy. So far worship has been stirring the hearts of our students from raising hands in praise to the King, to falling on their knees at the alter in awe of His wonder and beauty! It’s only the second day and God is already moving! It’s SO exciting to watch the veil being torn out from the eyes of the worshippers.

HEY YALL BACK HOME!!!!
I just want to let you guys know that all of the church have safely arrived here in Brunswick! The churches attending the Brunswick project this week are:

We are completely excited about seeing each of these students using their skills to be the different instruments of Christ to this community!
We had an amazingly fun time at opening celebration, where we introduced the summer staff, and coordinating staff, and played some fun games that united us as a group!
Tonight the groups will get their rest for a fun day tomorrow in which they will find out what crew’s they are on and what project they are assigned to!
We are so excited that it’s finally Saturday!! We’re ready to meet and bond with the students because this week is going to be amazing! God is going to do big things in Brunswick and we can’t wait to invade this town and soak it in the love of Christ!
