Well the fun at Columbia this week has ended but the love of God for us to be set apart will remain forever. As you guys head back home the staff deepest prayers are with you. You guys were an amazing light that lite up Columbia like never before.
Beyond the Columbia remain set apart for God’s will. Strong we stand united in the body of Christ. Remember that you are a World Changer that was set apart by God for holiness.

It’s Fridaaaaaayy!!! Whoohoooo! World Changers Columbia. Guys you did it! This week was hard work but the lives you’ve changed are amazing. This is an experience you will never forget. Store it your most precious memories forever. For God has stored you obedience to follow his will in his.
Friday was a fantastic day. Beyond the scorch of the sun and early dawn of the day, the students went out for their last day to finish their work at the worksites. Testimonies and resident lives where an experience that will be concrete in their memory forever. The day was beautiful and the fun was just beginning.
Lights draped the steps. Balloons flooded the sanctuary as the students came to the Closing Celebration for an outstanding week at World Changers! Laughter caught like a sneeze throughout the sanctuary. Cheers roared to the ceiling and praise sang from the lips of every mouth to thank God for all he had done in this week.
World Changers Columbia had amazing youths and adults. The Southeast team will miss you dearly. It has been an awesome experience and God set you apart this week to change lives. As you return home remember that you are the light within the darkness.

Laughter cannot be contained when participating in World Changers Columbia. Smiles of students enhance the day and light up the night. On Thursday the sun beamed with heat as the students continued to paint and rebuild rooftops.
Throughout the worksite the students aimed for the finish line to complete their work. They battled through the 100-degree weather and worked with God’s strength to the end of the day. As the feet paced the parking lot from returning from the site, juicy cold watermelon cooled their mouth. The students then rushed to the showers, which is typically usually and enjoy the dinning of together in unity.
As the day came to an end the students praised and worship God. The learned how important it is to be set apart for Christ. The students had an attentive mind in the missions discussion and learn how they can be apart of so many missionary opportunities.
The work hard through the day with 1 day down and 1 more day of work to go. World Changers Columbia is on a roll!
Sizzling hot the students continue to be on fire for God. The students are halfway through the week and they have transformed so many lives. The students have impacted the impressions of Christianity and risen to the standard to be set apart.
As the day started off cool like the ocean breeze, the students headed to their work site. The students were on a roll for God. Many locations where almost done with construction. As the day progressed when noon arrived they got ready for a night out on the town. The students enjoyed an afternoon and evening off. They roam the town doing from ice-skating to movies, and from dinning to shopping. The students enjoyed their night off and truly reflected on the concert of prayer.
Yesterday night, the concert of prayer reigned with the presence of God during the worship service. The students learned how God had selected them to be set apart. The service was astonishing! From black lights and paint to stone and red water, illustrations were used to display their affections for God.
World Changers Columbia is still blazing for God. Even though they had a night out on the town they set a mark wherever they went. Throughout Columbia and back they heated up the city with God’s love.
On fire! Hot Tamales! Red-hot! Burning for God is what the WC Columbia participants are doing this week. Today is the second day of witnessing about God and the day of reflection about what God has started to do. The students once again worked in the battle against construction and heat. They remained conquerors as the devoured the old shingles and rotten ply wood off the rooftops. The students painted until the paint coats glossed across the house for an awesome new home makeover edition look. The beauty of God’s love and joy burst through the hearts of the participant and blossomed into the actions of their efforts at the worksites.
Columbia is so burning for God that even the media can’t stay away. Yesterday, Missions Communications Specialists: Paris Gorham informed the whole state of South Carolina about how on fire WC participants are for spreading the gospel of Christ. During the interview Fox News grabbed two students from the crew team “Goofus Roffers.” The students truly displayed their love for God and their will to do unto others, as they would want to be done unto them. This week continues to be an awesome joy in the eyesight of God. Worship speaker Danny lite up the staged last night as he explained how God forgives us of our sins to be set apart even though unworthy. Flames burst from the bowls on the stage as Danny burned the balls of sin that the student confessed and threw into the bowl. The participants rejoiced in God for they truly realize they were set apart and on fire for God!
Light scattered across the communities of Columbia on the dawn of Monday morning. The light resided in the hearts and actions of the World Changers participants. As the sun began to creep through cotton clouds, World Changers Columbia got up for a day of hard work and evangelism. The students and adults started their day off with excitement to make a difference and a prayer before they were sent off. The 15 crews shouted and rejoiced as they departed the church parking lot for a journey of change they would never forget.
The students arrived at their sites today and stood face to face with their task for this week. As the students glared upon their site selections, they stepped into action with full force to change the atmosphere for God. Throughout the day they worked as there skin dampened from the sun and humidity. Sweat trickled down the faces of the students who gave their best today at their worksites. The students worked hard because they knew they were truly working for the will of God.
God smiled upon the students that obeyed his will today. Today the World Changer participants started their day early but strong in the love of God. This week they stretched far and wide across Columbia for God. All across Columbia they go to make a change for Christ.
The illumination of the sun pierced its rays upon the parking lot as the clock ticked for the students to arrive. The anticipation finally ended when the footsteps of God’s vessels for the week, paced the ground at North Trenholm Baptist yesterday. The youth were excited, eager and ecstatic about the beginning of an amazing week in fellowshipping with God. The students came from great distances, north and south, east and west. The students came to change the world, by impacting the lives of those who do not know Christ in Columbia this week.
Laughter filled the air as the students celebrated in the Opening Celebration. The students hauled their luggage through the heat’s punch. They filled the worship center for an awesome time in breaking the ice and singing the World Changers song. The fellowship and life changing experience rocket launched yesterday. The students ate together, socialize and praised God in the evening worship service.
World Changers Columbia had an amazing start and we’re just getting started! The Columbia participants came this week to be set apart. WC Columbia is set apart as they break out with God’s love in Columbia this week!
The time has arrived where the excitement of World Changers causes your heart to skip a beat. It’s time for…World Changers of Columbia!!! Welcome all students and adults. I am thrilled that you will be apart of the movement for God this summer. Strap your seat belts for a roller coaster ride of fun on spreading the gospel of Christ and fellowship in God. Get ready to evangelize, change lives and put shame to the devil’s lies!! You are awesome individuals and this week you will shine as the community’s light. The summer staff has been working very hard for your arrival. This Word Changer experience in Columbia will be like no other. This experience you will cherish in your memory forever. This is World Changers Columbia!
